WHO MAY ENTER

Employees of WPPI and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such individuals, whether or not related, and parent companies, affiliates and agents of WPPI are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.

HOW TO ENTER

ONLINE SUBMISSIONS: Submissions will be accepted from February 14, 2012, until February 29, 2012, 11:59 p.m. PST To enter your submissions electronically, please visit www.wppichallenge.com and register. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Simply log on to the web site to upload images from your computer. Images formatted in JPEG measuring 1,000 pixels on their long dimension are preferred. Images may be color profiled in sRGB, Adobe-1998 or not color-managed. An entry consists of a single image or video ($20 per image/video, $15 for WPPI members).

JUDGING:

Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, photographic quality and effectiveness in expressing the contest theme.

CONSENT AGREEMENT:

Submission of an entry to the contest automatically constitutes the contestant's acceptance of all conditions set forth in the above rules.

In order to fulfill licensing transactions or provide service to you as a customer of WPPI, we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, your name, address, phone number and credit card number. By providing this information to WPPI, you are agreeing to allow us to utilize this information to complete all transactions you request through this website and to disclose that information and details of all such transactions to WPPI, our subsidiaries, affiliates and any necessary payment processors. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Venue for all disputes arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in state or federal courts of located in New York County and each party agrees not to contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, WPPI shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-U.S. court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of WPPI, such action is necessary or desirable.
